Dachlock Robotic Effector

A technological effector designed for laser welding the roof to the car body frame. It is used to pick up the roof from the stand and place it in the welding position.
With laser welding only, it prevents sheet metal deformation and keeps the desired roof shape. The clamping uses vacuum technology and is secured by pneumatic clamps.
The effector frame is made of carbon fibre.

 

EGT Robotic Effector 

A handling effector designed to carry the outer part of the rear car cover. The construction is based on the EGT profile system. The clamping uses vacuum technology and is secured by pneumatic clamps and centring. The effector is used to carry the left and right variants of the part.

 

Welding Machine


The welding device on a rotating table is used for welding the longitudinal car beam. The free table positions allow later integration of the production of new beams into an existing line. Clamping is accomplished using pneumatic clamps and pneumatic centring. This product is ergonomically designed.

 

Welding Machine


The welding tool is used to weld the lorry cab. Clamping is accomplished using pneumatic clamps and pneumatic centring. This product is operated by four robots.

 

Parts Magazine
